My name is Drew Alexander (He/They) and I own Covered Salon. A dream I dreamed up when I was 14. I'm a trans nonbinary Italian/Appalachian Folk Practitioner with a passion for community growth and service. I offer ritual beauty care with the focus of giving you the space to not only slow down and relax but, to be able to connect deeper with yourself and your beauty routine. I aim to give my clients easy-to-style, low-product, low-effort haircuts, and colors that not only boost their confidence but give them the freedom to express themselves! Covered uses my learnings from Folk Magic and Cosmetology to create an experience unique to every person. Covered strives for inclusivity, activism, and care in all it does. My experiences as a trans person, active in my and other communities, have shown me the importance of uplifting others and growing as a greater whole. Covered is here to create that space and have beauty services keep the dream alive (and the lights on!)
